Rosalie Cespedes LCSW, QCSW, EAS-C

Lead Clinician 

I provide a therapeutic atmosphere where there is no room for judgement and the upmost regards for your privacy. I provide CBT, person centered and person strength approach as my therapeutic techniques, while letting my clients know what makes them special and encourage them to believe in their inner strengths. 

My main focus consists of working with individuals who suffer with mood and personality disorders.

I also provide supervision for recently licensed clinicians that are beginning their journey in the mental health field.

Kate Mazza LSW


My approach focuses on building on your strengths and emphasizing your personal goals for the future. I help and support you through challenges and the fears you are facing while increasing your self-awareness and self-worth. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and strength based approaches throughout our sessions together. Additionally, I am fluent in Russian. I look forward to helping you move towards the person you desire to be.

Melissa Lopez Mental Health and Wellness Counselor


It's important for me to help guide you on a journey to feeling better and more in control of your situation. I am interested in helping couples, children, families, and individuals overcome difficult obstacles while creating a safe and comfortable environment where you can be yourself and reach your full potential. I aim to provide you with an environment where there is mutual respect, privacy, and no room for judgement.

My intervention style consists of person centered, person strength and psychodynamic. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Chelsea Alban Mental Health and Wellness Counselor


I work with individuals, couples and families to handle the stress and anxiety that arises during difficult times in their lives. I first use a strength based approach to draw on the individual’s existing skills to tackle their current issues. I then provide additional CBT techniques and strategies that train an individual on how to handle difficult moments effectively. My goal is to provide my clients the tools they need to feel in-control of their thoughts and behaviors so that they can achieve their life goals.
